WHAT OUR CLIENTS
SAY ABOUT US

“ Deneene is a life saver! Truly my angel on earth! She helped me at a time in my life where I felt helpless. She coached me through the cleaning, feeding, turning and overall general care when my mother, who had a stroke, was very ill. Deneene made time to check in with me, visit my mother in the hospital, bring supplies and food to the house when my mom made it home. Outside of being my cousin, she also became my therapist. She was and still is supportive. Deneene talked me through some tough situations. She never made me feel bad for the thoughts and or feelings I had. She is a great listener. She makes sure that I understand the importance of taking time for myself. She asks great questions to help me figure out what’s going on and or why things continue to occur. She goes above and beyond to help her family, friends or anyone else in need. She is so warm and inviting. Everyone feels comfortable speaking with her. She made me feel seen and heard. Deneene would walk me through and or give me different techniques to use when I wasn’t knowledgeable. I am so grateful to have her in my life.”

Meet the Founder

Deneene Bradford

Deneene
To advocate for vulnerable people who live in long-term care and intermediate care facilities so they receive the healthcare they deserve honoring their rights, respect, and dignity, and ensuring their freedom from abuse, neglect, and mistreatment. I have been a patient advocate for my parents, who were admitted to skilled nursing for rehabilitation services. I played an integral role in the flow and delivery of their healthcare services while they resided in the facility. For the past 11 years, out of my over 30 years of nursing experience, I have been advocating for vulnerable people with the same level of care as I would with my loved ones. I am a registered nurse with a master’s degree in community health nursing and a health facilities surveillance nurse certification who inspects long-term care and intermediate facilities for complaints, facility-reported incidents, and annual federal certification surveys.
